Update out soon: Bill Gates announces COVID-20

Seattle (dpo) - Finally! Mulitbillionaire Bill Gates has announced plans to release a new version of the coronavirus. COVID-20 is set to offer several new features and fix some of the bugs in the current version. It will also be free to access, just like COVID-19 and the previous versions, COVID-2000, COVID-XP and COVID-Vista.

COVID-19 was introduced last year, finding widespread success and growing global uptake. Yet the common virus came in for criticism right from the beginning. For one, it was relatively easy to combat with hand washing and social distancing. Then the there is the death rate, which may be substantial but is not in the same league as historical epidemics such as the plague, cholera or Wham!
For COVID-20, many bugs have been fixed and new features have been introduced, such as blood in the phlegm, fever running at a minimum of 40 °C (104 °F) and MS Office 365.
Industry insiders warn that Bill Gates may now pressure existing COVID-19 users to switch with annoying update notifications, even if they are happy with their current version.
